I need to delete two projects of mine.

http://drupal.org/project/uc_lacaixa

None of them never had releases and they are marked as abandoned and obsolete.

AFAIK you can't delete projects. Just write in bold that the project is abandoned and will see no further development.

We don't normally delete projects containing code, if not in the case there are license issues. As suggested by mdupont, you can mark the projects as abandoned.
