I love your wire frames around layout regions. I would like to see wire frames around blocks. Maybe red for regions, blue for blocks. I am building a Zen-based site which will be shown to a graphic artist and she needs to understand what we've got to work with; that we can move the blocks around inside the regions. But she will never play with site administration; that will be my task. So to identify the blocks visually on the screen will make her understanding much better. IMHO.

you could just send a screenshot of the blocks demo page, that shows the yellow bars where all possible blocks could be placed. That's usually my first starting point with non drupal people.
