Adding fieldmap descriptions to the sf_import page

On the sf_notifications admin page, each fieldmap is list in this format:
user => Contact - Drupal user to Salesforce Contact mapping (edit)

On the sf_import admin page, each fieldmap is listed like this:
Contact => User account

In other words, only the SF object type and Drupal type is listed. If you happen to have multiple maps with the same pairings, there isn't anything to differentiate the maps.

I'd like to suggest we make the sf_import admin page listing like what is used in sf_notifications.
