Any plans to integrate the module with Media Module?
With D7, IMCE is practically deprecated for me.
I know that basically Media Module should provide the functionality FF Sources provides, but development is slow. And sou you would be the first to have the feature...

As I've just read, Media module is changing from their own field back to filefield/imagefield, so in the future it should just work.

Yeah, I agree that its better that way.

To have media module's dialog as a filefield source would bring the best experience to the editor/user (having the power of media module's asset management if needed, and simpler filedfield sources in all the other simpler use case).

I totally agree with Daniel, then e.g. you use also the "Insert"-Feature which currently also does unfortunately not support media.

Issue summary: View changes

Has anyone tried hooking the media selector popup into a custom filefield sources plugin?

Status of this feature in both project queues is fixed / won't fix and well, there isn't really any integration (very limited support via FF Sources references plugin).

I may get time this afternoon or tomorrow to take a stab at this.
