I need to use realnames in node forms. First, i tried patch http://drupal.org/node/369334#comment-1260448, but it wasn't useful, i completly rewritten that.
1. It based on core's user_autocomplete function.
2. Set default value on node forms
3. You can turn on/off on admin page.

Fix node-add form default value error, and duplicate #maxlength to prevent validation error

@pygatea sorry, I didn't play so much with D7

But I've found a bug with content profile: The cp use _nodeapi validate to set error message, if smb tries to make _another_ content profile with same username. The cp set this error by checking $form['author']['name]['#default_value] - the realname modify it, and create false error message.
To only way I've found to prevent this without completely rewrite cp's validate function, remove this feature, if the node is content profile..
