Extract messageid from body, as a backup to 'in-reply-to' header

At least one widely used email client (Exchange Server 2003) doesn't support the 'in-reply-to' header (a header that was codified in RFC 822 in 1982... sigh...) So, as a backup for cases when the header is missing, we should probably try to extract the messageid from the signature in the message body.
