After sending private message to users of a role "authenticated users" private message was correctly sended but there was no e-mail notification. In my database is 130 users. I launched crone tasks but still there was no e-mail notification.

After sending private message to one user, e-mail with notification is delivered.

We're working on that, see #967164: E-mails not sent if message was sent to role members.

OK, I assume that D7 version is also included in your work, beacuse Your link goes to D6 bug only.
