I am still confused about how to add the attributes to drupal using Google Ad Manager. I'm hoping someone can help me with this as I need to target ads to specific parts of the site. Thanks in advance for any help.

gordon commentedI have ported the admin interface from the OpenX which allowed for the administration of Custom Variables. I used the Google Analytics as a reference when I implemented it into OpenX.
This will give the ability to add custom variables, and if you have the token module enabled you will be able to use tokens to define the results of your custom variables.
One of my sites uses this with a custom variable to load the Google Analytics, OpenX and now DFP with values to be sent to their respective hosts.
This is for 6.x, but if you want I will port this to 7.x
