I installed Attachment 4.5.0 on current CVS and I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: filemanager_add_upload() in
D:\Application_Dev\drupalroot\drupal-cvs\modules\attachment.module on line 211

Nevermind... I figured out that the filemanager module is needed. This is not mentioned in the Installation document.
