I'm not shure but should the possible cck image used in a question (multiple) the even shown in the Question Results? Maybay I did'nt find the option to display the cck image in question results. Or it is a bug?

You need to display it in the method getReportFormResponse() of the object QuizQuestionReponse, it means that you have to create the class to just override it.
