smartqueue_taxonomy_get_parents doesn't find parents of all tids

To reproduce:
1. Create a taxonomy
2. Create top level terms top1 and top2
3. Create children terms child1 and child2 where child1 is a child of top1 and child2 is a child of top2
4. Create a child child3 which is a child of child2
5. in nodequeue_init add something like dsm(smartqueue_taxonomy_get_parents(array(2,5))); assuming that child1 has a tid of 2 and child3 has a tid of 5

Expected result is that you get back two tids: 1 and 3. Reality is you get back just 3.
