I would suggest this page be deleted in the current form. The effort it references appears to be dependent upon the release of a theme which has no project on drupal.org at this time.

These appear to be three of the four posts made by this user. The fourth post is a comment on a thread that is substantially similar on content. The comment seems fine where it is, I'd suggest deleting the other three entries. If this ends up being created as an actual theme project, then they can include this information in the project documentation.
