When I was trying to install this module i put it in the ~/www/sites/all/modules/ directory and then went to modules area and check google sitemap i get this error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gsitemap_install() in /home/beta/public_html/sites/all/modules/gsitemap/gsitemap.install on line 7

There was a problem with the first gsitemap.install that was put in the Drupal 5 branch. I've made sure that this is fixed in the version currently posted, so you just need to download and install that.
