I did a full uninstall of GA 6.x-1.18 and then install of 6.x-1.19-beta5. Now I can't see the drop down options or field for ImageCache at /admin/settings/gallery_assist/assignments.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the same version but just downloaded it and now it works.
