Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.I'm not sure if this is the correct way to submit such a thing, but following is my edit of the previous README.txt to reflect the functionality of the new development track. I was focused mostly on changes to reflect currently usage and functionality so it may need additional changes. Hope this is helpful.
