I put the user login option in the block of header. But this block also includes other items, like the site's name and logo. So the user login option is presented under the other items on the left, not on the far right. I've not found any placing option in the theme's configuration.

Look at the images on the CTI Flex project page. The login info is shown on the far right in header! How does it configure out?

In the screenshot on the project page, there are links for login, logout, my account etc all as part of the secondary links menu. If that is what you are referring, to the theme displays that menu by default in the upper right hand corner of the header region. You just need to be sure to select "Secondary links" in the Toggle display section of the theme configuration page (/admin/build/themes/settings/cti_flex).
