Upon testing the search feature, I discovered the search is case-sensitive.

For example, I successfully uploaded an image through IMCE named Star-favorite.png. When using the new search functionality provided by this module, a result was only returned when I searched for "Star" (capital "S"). Searching for "star" (lowercase "s") did not result in a match.

An option to make search case insensitive as well as a few other fixes has been checked in to the 6.x-1.x branch. A development snapshot should be available shortly for testing if you aren't able to download using git.
