Eventually, yes. The Skinr module, which Magazeen and Fusion rely on pretty heavily, is not yet ready for Drupal 7. Once Skinr is ready, all of TopNotchTheme's free theme will slowly begin to be ported for Drupal 7.

For anyone interested, the state of skinr at the time of writing:
The Drupal 7 version is under heavy development. It is not stable, functional, or supported right now.
We are working hard on getting it ready for release, but it's not there yet, so we strongly advise that it only be used for testing purposes at this point. If you want to see it done faster, get up to speed with the current issues first and help us. Please do not inundate the issue queue with support issues, as it will only further delay the process.
