Add an option for facet blocks that adds a Javacript "More" link for expanding the list of displayed facets.

E.g., "facet limit" is 10, so 10 facets are displayed by default. With the option, other facets will also be present on the page, but hidden with CSS. A "More" link allows the user to display them.

Should be rather easy JS magic.
