Hi there,
I have a view with exposed filter (as block or view pane with ajax on) in an panel tabs style activated.
I seems that the ajax of the view is kicked. If I use the filter I get a page reload.
Any hints on this?

made a few investigations..

if you like to use the exp. filter after pageload, you get a page refresh/reload - no ajax.

BUT if you use the pager of the view (this is already working after pageload with ajax), can you use the exp.filter with ajax function...

Is any one out there, who could tell me why this is working wrong?

I faced this same ajax submit issue using Views 6.x-2.7. I applied a patch that resolved the issue for me, posted for review (http://drupal.org/node/906916). Take a look, and see if this works for you.
