banner image next to Title

I recently upgraded to the new drupal and found that cloud was done away with. after switching to weblink I relized that a bug I was using in cloud no longer egisted in weblink. I used to set the title to:
< p>< a href="http://www.example.com/" target="_blank">< img src="http://www.mysite.com/images/examplebanner.jpg" alt="example" width="74" height="49" border="0">< /a> example.com< /p>

so displayed would be:

Latest Weblinks
*[banner image] example.com

is there any way to do this now??
anyone with some code or a patch?

thanks in advance!
