Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in htmlspecialchars() when view nodequeues list [#1040756]

When I open list of nodequeues I get this error.

Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in htmlspecialchars()

Seems that this happens because of incorrect way of passing variables to theme function. Patch follows.
