If running MERCI in D7, the content_copy module needs to be installed.
This is not included in the latest release of cck, can anyone help me, by suggesting what i should do.
Am i missing something,
Where can i get that content_copy module for D7?

My guess is you are talking about the merci_inventory module. That module hasn't been updated to Drupal 7 yet.
