Web Property ID Won't Save

There must be an error message. I cannot read a google id. Check you server log files, fix apache, fix mod security.

I'm having the exact same problem. The minute I save the Google Analytics configuration, it saves everything else but the Web Property ID disappears. On the status report page it indicates that I have not configured Google Analytics. I've tried typing the number as well as copying and pasting.

Have this same issue. Version 7.12....

Put Web Property ID into field, save.....it appears to work correctly (no errors), but the value is not saved. The value is not anywhere in the database, and it is not being rendered in the page source either.

Replace the wrong dashes with real dashes, please. Don't copy & paste from google, please.

I'm still having the same problem. Nothing in any log file at all.

Double check your settings.php file I had the same problem and mine had the following set:

$conf['googleanalytics_account'] = '';

The Issue occurs due to Mod Security
