Drupal.org isn't currently using this module, but my understanding is that it's planning to replace Comment Alter Taxonomy with it.
We therefore can't move Drupal.org to D7 until this is done.

jm.federico commentedWell, that is good to know, gives me (and I guess everyone else) more reasons to start porting it.
I'm in the process of moving from Australia to Colombia. A few more weeks (mid Jan) and I'll be ready to get dirty!
I re-opened an issue in Driven API to port it as it is a dependency for this one #994240: Port Driven API to Drupal 7
