Three weeks ago, I launched a Drupal.org survey, the objective of which was to get feedback on the Drupal.org website and to prioritize the work we should put into improving it. The results of this survey are below.
The November issue of the Swedish computer magazine "Datormagazin" has a 5 page article on Drupal, entitled: "CMS in all its beauty" (Swedish: "CMS i all sin skönhet"). The translated introduction reads: "To edit a website can be super-tedious work, but also absolutely wonderful. Much depends on what tools one has available. With Drupal, which is a Content Management System, it all gets much simpler."

Hot topic of discussion has definitely been the new forms API, which opens up a bunch of new avenues for modules and themes. End-user usability is another important point that many people are interested in.
Hello, in order to support user experience improvements which will be made during the upcoming Drupal 4.7 code freeze we have conducted over a dozen user experience interviews. The results of those interviews have lead to a web survey which will allow us to prioritize the Drupal Administration issues.
On Tuesday the DrupalCON will start in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. More than 50 Drupal coders, administrators and enthusiasts from Chile to China and from South Africa to Estonia gather together, truly showing off the global strength of the Drupal community.
