Dependency updates

• symfony/http-foundation is updated to 7.4.21.
• symfony/yaml is updated to 7.4.21.
• guzzlehttp/guzzle is updated to 7.15.2.
• composer/composer is updated to 2.10.3.

Changes to site-owner-managed files

.htaccess has been updated to address the deprecation of assertion options. Site owners should change the following section of their .htaccess files:

<IfModule mod_php.c>
  php_value assert.active 0
</IfModule>

Replace this section with:

<IfModule mod_php.c>
  php_value zend.assertions 0
</IfModule>

You can also change your hosting configuration php.ini file according to PHP's documentation on the zend.assertions directive. -1 is recommended for production websites for performance, but cannot be set at runtime in an .htaccess file.

If you do set it to -1, remove the section from the .htaccess instead, as it will cause warnings in the site logs.
