Notice "Undefined index" in features_export_build_form_populate

If I create / recreate a feature I get errors like Undefined index: searchlight_environment in features\features.admin.inc on line 285
I'm not sure whether this is only a symptom of an other issue or an issue itself.
But since everything else seems to work I go for the latter ;).
Attached patch simply adds a !empty().
