Save Position for Anonymous User Logged Errors

My report log is filled with the following:

these happen whenever the anonymous user moves a sticky note ... (and slows down).

i would like the anonymous user to be able to move a sticky note temporarily out of the way (to be able to read the underlying text for example), but this should not generate a logged error message. Simply, the sticky note goes back to its original position on refresh.
