PostgreSQL - column "u.name" must appear in the GROUP BY clause

This is a patch for PostgreSQL users who encounter the following error once hacking the install:

pg_query(): Query failed: ERROR: column "u.name" must appear in the GROUP BY clause or be used in an aggregate function in includes/database.pgsql.inc on line 94.
