'Synchronize' checkbox setting doesn't stick

Hello,

I'm not able to get this module to do anything. When I go to the settings page and check the "Synchronize the Drupal users with Zendesk" box and then save the settings, that checkbox isn't actually saved. Upon returning to the settings page, the box is still unchecked. The other fields seem to save just fine.
