1) When "No Read More Page" is selected
2) When "Include RSS Feed" is unchecked
3) When no taxonomy terms are available (taxonomy in visibility settings)

kristen polThere is no id on the fieldsets so it is not possible to fully hide #1 and #2 since they are needed in some cases. #3 has been not included in the form if no vocabularies are present.
Checked into dev. Will be in 1.1.
