Hi,
I have enabled the zendesk module and Iam trying to create a user in drupal who should also be created in my zendesk account. This is not happening and iam getting a error :
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'lib/Zendesk.lib' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /mnt/data/support.6connex.com/sites/all/modules/zendesk/zendesk.module on line 247
I checked that there is no 'lib/Zendesk.lib' in the zendesk module i have installed.
Please if someone could answer were iam going wrong, that would be great!

newrooky commentedI am getting this error as well. This makes the module unusable at this point.

fana commentedI have installed the older version 6.x-1.4 thinking it has the lib folder ...but now i get this error :
warning: implode() [function.implode]: Bad arguments. in /mnt/data/support.6connex.com/sites/all/modules/zendesk/lib/Zendesk.lib.php on line 162.
If someone used this module before ..any help would be appreciated.. Iam trying to integrate this with my company's website.

newrooky commentedI am getting the same error as well when trying to sync users with the Zend and Drupal spaces. Does anyone have this module working?

dannypfeiffer commentedsame error here. Anyone tried the dev version?
Comment #5
dannypfeiffer commentedAfter installing the latest dev version (July 11), i no longer receive the lib error, but user synchronization doesn't seem to work at all. No errors or anything, just doesn't look like anything is happening.
Anyone have this working?
