Hello, I've just installed the latest version of dbfm along with the following:
JStools 5x-1.2 Tabs and Javascript tools (using patch- from dbFM proj. page)
dbfmgreybox 5.x-3.1
dapi 5.x-1.0
dbFM Web File Manager 5.x-6.0
I'm getting the following firebug error when I try to right-click folder properties of a directory I just created:
jquery.js (line 2)
e.style has no properties
eval(function(p,a,c,k,e,d){e=function(c){return(c<a?"":e(parseInt(c/a)))+((c=c%a.
With dbFM 5x-6 should we still be using the patched version?
I am also not getting Resource Manager with Groups Directory or New User Groups options in my Applications menu. Just the File Manager. At this point I can't assign permissions to directories I created within the dbFM File Manager nor can I create groups or assign permissions to individual users/groups.
I did go the dbFM demo website but that's for DBFM v5.x.4.3.
Am I missing an install of something? I've tried both IE 7,8 and Firefox 3x
Thanks.

rooey commentedWe haven't got our documentation together for x.6.0 yet - hence x.5.x is the recommended release.
v x.6.0 needs a newer JStools (don't happen to know of the top of my head which one).
I don't know what you're referring to with regards to "Resource Manager"
For groups you need to use the specified Organic Groups module 5.x.5.4.
Geoff - what version of JStools do we need for the subscriptions release?

lias commentedOkay, I'll try the older 5.x-5.0 version. Regarding the javascript error it came in response to line 3443 in the dbfm.js file of 5x-6.
The Resource Manager I mentioned was on the Getting Started page of your help file: http://dbfm.org/sites/all/modules/dbfm/webhelp/index.html
Edited:
Now using 5x-5 version. I'm getting errors when I upload:
Unable to open parent directory record - Unable to access record in database
When I go to Database File Manager I get:
File Cannot be Accessed / Access Restricted and Cannot access either your current directory or the top level directory- Please report the circumstances of this error.
I'm using the jstools 5.x.0.6 version as well.
EDITED:
Thank you for providing this module and for your reply. I tried WebFM and it worked so I will be using that at this point although I do like this file manager as well.

rooey commentedAhhh blast that webhelp!
It's specific to our install of DBFM - which happens to be the custom menu path.
rooey commentedAs for the error you mention on 5.5 that's cleared up in the help... You have to go into the system settings and "save" the DBFM settings information.

rooey commentedWe've replicated this issue on our test systems and are looking into it. It seems to prevent context menus from functioning correctly on the main viewer (yet they work fine through the greybox/content creation system).
Our demo site is also currently displaying this problem.

rooey commentedOk - turns out to be a dependancy issue:
You need to install the jquery update module: http://drupal.org/project/jquery_update
