Shapefile / OpenLayers map combo widget is not yet finished...

Need to do:
- implement module_exists appropriately to check for openlayers_wkt (currently things could break if using this module on geo a field and openlayers_wkt is not installed)

- geo field data is not being pushed back properly to the combo widget map. Likely some wkb to wkt magic somewhere.
