The usual. Double quotes are not string identifiers in Postgres.
Note this is not a patch to the 6.x-2.x-dev version - but to Nearyan's rewritten version which is available in #559004: A patch to make the module work with Diff. In absence of activity I consider this the standard version.
(And I don't have time or authority to push #563280: comment_revisions appears to be abandoned through but I plan to get at least one of both, in the next few months ;) )

thinkyhead commentedPatch included in 5.x-1.2 and upcoming 6.x-1.0 releases. Full pgsql support in the 5.x version still pending changes to the .install file. 6.x uses schema.
