Since updating to 6.x-1.3, i'm no longer able to assign blocks to different subthemes. For example, i want to assign a block to every subtheme, as soon as i do that, it shows up in the main theme but there the block is not there anymore for me to assign it to another subtheme when i view it in the subtheme list of blocks.

UPDATE:

Reverting it back to sections 6.x-1.2 and it's working again.

Thank you for the quick fix. The patch in #6 seems to have fixed the issue. At least, everyone is working as expected after patch was applied.
