Refer Module with Drupal 4 - missing

I tried installing the pager Refer module...
Install and 'activated' successfully.
When I try the 'Refer this page' link, my browser generates this URL :
http://www.trematon.com/drupal/submit.php?mod=refer

Which results in a 404 Not Found Error :

/drupal/submit.php was not found on this server.

Would it be a wise move to try and extract this file from the Drupal 3.0.0 bundle for use with my Drupal 4.0.0 ??

Or should I abandon this module?
