I'd like to request that filtering be implemented as a user permission. The idea is to enable different levels of HTML filtering based on user roles. Thus, a site administrator could use any HTML tag, but public users could only use formatting tags. Reason I'm making this request is that I'd like to be able to post static pages on my site that use HTML content that should be restricted to public users.
