After speaking with Vertice we are going to move the eldir status icons into hosting instead of in the theme. They can still be overidden by the theme, but the eldir icons are better than the current ones we have.
The first patch removes all table styles from hosting.css (these belong in the theme)
The second patch will move the icons/colours from eldir to hosting

acIgnore the patch above.. this is one patch with all the changes.
The requirement for this is that a directory called 'images' is created in hosting/ with the icons from eldir (eldir/images/icon-*).
Once this is applied you can also remove *.png from the hosting root directory.
