When you migrate a site it does not remove the old user and db. Tested using an external db server only.

Uh. Can't believe I missed that... we at least need to test if this is reproducable on non-multiserver setups before shipping 0.3.

i think i have a fix for this.

we are missing a migrate.provision.inc for db_server
