There is a way to make a module compatible with internationalization, using $conf['i18n_variables']. Proposed to add itweak_login settings to this variable, which will make it internationalization-ready.

Release 6.x-1.7 adds support for Internationalization. Now website can be configured to have localized strings in the login block.

Note: For updating your website to this release first UNINSTALL any previous release of itweak_login. Otherwise Internationalization will not register properly.

Release 6.x-1.8 includes automatic update (should run update.php) to register Internationalization. That removes the need to uninstall itweak_plugin prior to 6.x-1.7.
