In CVS (and 4.7beta1) the comment subject/title have some problems.

If the comment subject is enabled but the user let the field empty, the "recent comments" block show a blank line (the subject missing) and the time... Without the subject, the comment cannot be reached from the "recent comments" block and from the comment list (when the viewing options are setted to show only the titles).

In 4.6.3 if the comment have an empty title, the link is the first word of the node, in CVS it remain clear.

P.S: I've tested this in 4.6.4 and there is the same problem of the CVS/4.7beta1 :-(

I can atest that this problem exists in 4.7beta1 and should be considered a critical bug.
