First release of MaxLength Words.

Extends the MaxLength module so a field limit can be counted in words instead of characters.

Features

• New "Count" option (Characters / Words) in the MaxLength settings of text, text with summary, string, and link widgets.
• Live word counter that reuses MaxLength's counter markup and styles (warning and error states).
• The limit, the counter message, and "Hard limit" are configured in MaxLength as usual; the default message switches to words automatically.
• Screen reader announcements when the word limit is near, reached, or exceeded.
• "Hard limit": plain text inputs are trimmed while typing, and the limit is enforced on submit, including CKEditor 5 fields.
• HTML tags and stand-alone punctuation (such as & or -) are not counted as words.
