tcpdf 2.0.5

Adds Drupal 12 compatibility, fixes the TCPDF cache directory path and limits support to the Drupal core versions that are still supported.

Changed requirements

• Drupal core: ^10.6 || ^11.3 || ^12 (was ^9.5 || ^10.4 || ^11). Drupal 9 support is dropped.
• tecnickcom/tcpdf: ^6.11.4 (was ^6.8.0). TCPDF 7 is not supported yet.
