Motivation

When using geocoder for an addressfield, an empty address with a default country lead to Geocoder geocoding the country. That result is generally not helpful for addresses and might overwrite a custom provided location value.

Proposed resolution

Introduce a new setting, that allows turning the geocoding of country-only addresses off.

thx @fago. I completed the MR !84 with 'geocode_country_only_address' boolean form element in Geocoder Setting form (default: TRUE) and set to auto merge ...
