Problem/Motivation

The enable_logs option no longer disables logs. Therefore we should remove usage of this option and the deprecated getEnableLogs() method.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Remove the enable_logs config, require sentry/sentry ^4.31, add update notification that a before_send_log callback must now be used as a killswitch.
