Disable previous minor tests for 2.x branch [#3617879]

Problem/Motivation

Before the release of Drupal 11.4, this module was configured to be tested against the previous minor (which was a D 10 version then). Now with the release of Drupal 11.4, the previous minor is 11.3.x, which is not compatible with this module.
