This adds scripts/build-component-test-page.php: a repeatable local fixture script (run via drush scr) to manually exercise every Layout Builder Kit component on a fresh site before a release. Previously there was no single place to see every component rendered at once, which made pre-release manual QA slow and error-prone.

The script builds two things, idempotently (it deletes and recreates its own nodes on every run, so it is safe to re-run after code changes):

- An "LBK Component Test Page" node with one instance each of the six standalone LBK block components: Rich Text, Image, Icon Text, Video, Tab, and Render.
- A separate "LBK Book Navigation Demo" - a real 'book'-bundle node with two child pages - with the Book Navigation (LBK) block placed on the 'book' bundle's DEFAULT layout (not a per-node override), so it appears on every page in that book. This is a separate fixture because Book Navigation only produces output when the current node's bundle is literally 'book', so it needed its own book-bundle content with siblings to demonstrate.
