Problem/Motivation

#3608189: Date argument plugin triggers PHP 8.1 str_replace() deprecation when table alias is not yet resolved (e.g. via Metatag) was filed specifically to resolve an issue that surfaced while testing this site template. We should ensure that sites using this template are using a version with that fix.

Proposed resolution

Update the composer.json requirement.
